What are the benefits of taking vitamin K2 with D3?
Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 together ensure that calcium is absorbed easily and reaches the bone mass, while preventing arterial calcification. This helps to keep your heart and bones healthy. DO NOT take D3 with K2 if you take blood thinners or dialysis.
How much Necessary Vitamin D to take?
Take one or two capsules of Necessary Nutrition vitamin D3K2 daily with food (two capsules will provide you with a total of 5000IUs of D3)

Our Necessary Nutrition VegD3 is completely Vegan. Our D3K2 capsules are vegetarian. Our D3 soft gels have a bovine gelatin casing.
What's the difference between vitamin D3 and vitamin D2?
Vitamin D3 is more effective in raising vitamin D levels in your bloodstream for a longer period of time. This is the more active form of vitamin D in your body. D2 is found in mushrooms. D3 is produced by the skin as a consequence of sunlight exposure.
